You can activate your card through the Swiss Bankers mobile app or by calling our customer service. You will need your card number and the activation code sent to your registered email.

Block your card immediately through the Swiss Bankers app or by calling our 24/7 emergency hotline. We will issue a replacement card and transfer your remaining balance.
